Delivery costs £2.99 per order or free with all orders over £50.00.
As a small independent company, we are only able to ship orders on select days of the week, therefore, we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery on UK orders. In most cases, we ship twice per week.
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mails’ 48 hour service. Depending on your order, some items will need to be sent as separate parcels, so please don’t be alarmed if one item arrives before the other - this is perfectly normal.

We currently only deliver within the UK. We are working hard with our partners in order to offer overseas deliveries. Follow our social feeds @DisrptCo for announcements on deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.
You can return any item for a refund or exchange (provided it is in an unused/unwashed condition) within 28 days of receiving your original order, but we do ask that you cover the cost of return postage.
Please note that product returns will only be accepted where the products are returned in a good and saleable condition, other than where the products were not in a good and saleable condition when you received them.
Only the cost of the items will be refunded, not the outbound carriage.
All items returned are subject to a quality check prior to any refund being processed.

Please send any returning products back to us using Royal Mail’s postal service, a courier, Collect+ or Hermes Parcel Force service and ensure you get proof of postage and a signature to ensure we receive the items.

Disrpt Co. accepts no responsibility for returned items lost in transit without proof of postage and signed-on-delivery courier services.
We will begin our missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within 10 days (UK only) of dispatch or when you notify us. We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non-arrival of the product(s) was attributable to us then a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.
Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event you will be contacted by our service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.
